SiteMaker Competition Terms & Conditions
Namesco Ireland Limited (Register365) website promotion September – October 2011
- This competition ('Win a Dell Laptop with SiteMaker') is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 years or over only, with the exception of employees of Register365 (the Promoter), their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Promotion.
- Entries must be received by or before midnight on October 31st 2011. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
- Those who have several SiteMaker products are welcome to enter different URLs although each URL must only be submitted once.
- The promotion is open only to SiteMaker/SiteMaker Pro customers who have purchased their SiteMaker product through the Promoter. Customers using SiteMaker Free or SiteMaker free 14 day trial are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter's Marketing Team shall judge the winning site based on any criteria outlined. 1st prize winner wins a Dell Laptop, 2nd place wins €100.00 credit to be spent towards the Promoter's products and 3rd place wins €50.00 credit to be spent towards the Promoter's products. 2nd and 3rd prize winners shall have the prize credited to the customer's Register365 account as a refund. The 1st prize includes the full cost of shipping of Dell Laptop. There is no cash alternative available.
- Prizes are subject to availability and the 1st prize Dell Laptop shall be shipped to the winner at the first opportunity after they have been purchased by the Promoter. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence shall be entered into.
- The winners shall be notified via email or telephone by Wednesday November 16th 2011. The winner must claim their prize within fourteen (14) working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these terms.
- To obtain details of the winners please email support@register365.com stating the name of the Promotion in the subject heading four (4) weeks after the closing date.
- The Promoter shall use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the Promotion, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
- The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name, photograph and winning site(s) in such publicity.
- By participating in this Promotion each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
