1. Log into your online control panel and click on Domain Names:
2. Click on the domain in question:
3. Click on Email & FTP:
4. Click on the FTP username:
5. Enter a new password, confirm it and then click on Save:
Note that if you use this password to update your website then you will need to enable FTP access by choosing Yes in the FTP Enabled? section.
