In order to retrieve your Authenticated SMTP details:

1. Log in to your online control panel and click on Domain Names.

2. Click on the domain in question.

3. Click on Email & FTP or Email Settings:

4. Click on Authenticated SMTP:

5.The SMTP server address and username are displayed on this page. If you are unsure of your password, then you can reset it by entering a new password and clicking on 'Save' at the foot of the page.
