To edit the DNS for an external mail server:

1. Log on to the control panel at http://cp.hosting365.ie/.
2. Select "Domains".
3. Click "edit" beside the domain in question if more that one domain in the account.
4. Turn off the Mail Service.
5. Click on "edit" DNS configuration.
6. Add a custom A record under Name enter "mail" and in Data enter the IP address.
7. Click Submit.
8. Add a custom MX record under Name leave it blank and in Data "10" in the small box and the full name (NOT IP address) of your mail server in the other box.
9. Click Submit.
