Domain names can be locked/unlocked through your Register365 control panel.
Login and click on Domain Names at the top left. Click on the domain you wish to unlock then select DNS & Transfer Options from the left hand menu. Finally, select Transfer Domain, again in the left hand menu.
From here scroll down to the "Transfer domain away" section to view the lock/unlock options available.
