To setup a new POP3 account in Mozilla Thunderbird:
1. Click on Tools and then Account Settings...
2. Click on Add Account...
3. Select Email account and then click on Next...
4. Enter your name and then enter your email address...
5. Select POP and then enter pop3.reg365.net into the Incoming server field. Then click on Next...
6. Enter your mailbox username into the field provided...
7. Enter a name for your account (this is only what your account will be called in Thunderbird)...
8. Review the details and then click on Finish
