To setup a new POP3 account in Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac:
1. Click on Tools and then Account Settings...
2. Click on Add Account...
3. Select Email account and then click on Continue...
4. Enter your name and then enter your email address...
5. Select POP and then enter pop3.reg365.net into the Incoming server field. Enter your SMTP server into the next field and then click on Continue...
6. Enter your mailbox username into the field provided...
7. Enter a name that you would like to refer to the account as...
8. Review the details and then click on Done
