NOTE: This document only applies to customers hosted on legacy Register365 services!
All New Hosting Customers are emailed their hosting account username and password as well as FTP details when the account is activated.
You can also view your FTP details via your hosting control panel in FTP manager.
You can change your FTP password from your hosting control panel by selecting "user" in the top drop down menu and then "user password" this will prompt you to enter your new control panel password and to also change the FTP password at the same time.
