DNS PTR Records
A reverse DNS PTR record or pointer record maps an IPv4 address to the canonical name for that host.
Setting up a PTR record for a hostname can only be preformed by the provider of the IP address.
If your IP address was supplied by Hosting365 please send an e-mail to support@register365.com or open a support request via http://care.register365.com
To create a reverse DNS record with an IP address not supplied by Hosting365 you will need to ask the support team of the company that provided your IP, to make this change for you.
