Google Webmaster Tools' let's you target your site at particular country if your site is using a generic top-level domain such as .com, .net or .org for example. Google now treats .CO domains in the same way, meaning that you can now target a .CO domain at any country (previously, you would have been limited to Columbia).

1. Login to your Google Webmaster Tools account and click on the domain:

3. Now click on 'Settings' on the left:
4. Select the country you would like to target from the drop down and hit 'Save' - all done!
