Using a Quick Address

Quick Addresses is a feature that allows you to quickly add recipients to an email from your Contacts.

To add a contact to the Quick Address list:

  • Click View Contacts on the Contacts menu.
  • Click the contact you want to add as a Quick Address.
  • Select the Quick Address? check box.
  • Click Save Changes

When you are composing a message you can add a recipient from the Quick Address list by selecting the field you want to add the recipient to (To, Cc or Bcc) then move your mouse over the Add from QuickAddress box. A list of your Quick Address enabled contacts will be displayed, simply click the one you want to add.
