Flagging messages

Messages can be flagged to act as a reminder that you need to followup on the message, or to mark that it is important.

To flag a message simply click on the flag icon in the message listing for the message you want to flag. Clicking on the flag again will remove the flag from the message.

To quickly show all the flagged messages in the folder, use the Flagged Items option from the Quick Searches selection box.
