The From field should be automatically populated with your name and e-mail address. You can however change this on a message by message basis if you wish.

The To field should contain the e-mail address(es) of the main recipient(s) for the e-mail message. Multiple recipients should be separated with a comma. This field is not mandatory, but in most cases should be used to address the e-mail message.

The CC (Carbon Copy) field should contain any additional e-mail address(es) that you wish to send the e-mail to, often known as "copy in". Multiple recipients should be separated with a comma. This field is not mandatory.

The BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field works in the same way as the CC (Carbon Copy) field, with the major difference being that the recipients of the e-mail message will not be able to see the BCC recipients. This field should be used when you need to send a copy of an e-mail address to a recipient, but don't want to disclose their details to the other recipients. This field is not mandatory.

The Subject field should contain the main subject description of the e-mail message. When replying to an existing message, this is automatically populated with the original subject with RE: prefixed. When forwarding an existing message, this is automatically populated with the original subject with FW: prefixed. This field is not mandatory.
