There are 3 methods of searching for messages in the web mail application.

Basic Search

The standard search box will allow you to search for message by providing a single query text. This will search within the message headers (from address, subject) as well as the message body. You can perform a standard search by typing your search query into the box provided on the Search menu on the left of the page and click Search.

Advanced Search

An advanced search will allow you to provide more specific criteria when searching for messages. For more details see the Performing an Advanced Search section.

Quick Searches

The quick searches drop down box provides a list of useful search queries including; Today's Items, Read Items, Unread Items and Flagged Items). You can also access your saved searches from this list. For more details on Quick searches and Saved searches, please refer to their help articles.

You can exit a search at any time by clicking the Clear button under the search box.
