You can quickly perform common mailbox searches using Quick Searches.
The types of Quick Searches available are;
Unread Items
Shows all the items in the folder that have not been opened or marked as read.
Read Items
Shows all the items in the folder that have been opened or marked as read.
Flagged Items
Shows all the items in the folder that have been flagged.
Today's Items
Shows all the items in the folder that were received/created today.
Yesterday's Items
Shows all the items in the folder that were received/created yesterday.
Items Since Yesterday
Shows all the items in the folder that were received/created yesterday and today.
Saved Searches
Saved Searches allow you to save your own common search queries for repeated use. For more information see the Saved searches article.
To perform a Quick Search;
- Select the Folder you wish to search for messages in.
- Select the type of Quick Search you want to perform using the selection box on the Search menu.
