For each Domain name listed
- Click on the Domain name in the middle of the screen
- Click "Email & FTP" or "Email Settings" from the left menu
For each Username listed in blue in the middle of the screen
- Click on the name
- Now enter a new password in the given boxes and click save at the bottom of the page. This will change the Site Administration and FTP password for this user. PLEASE NOTE to re-enable FTP you will also need to tick the radio button marked "Yes" for "Enable FTP?"
After changing your FTP password you may also be required to update the password in your email client. Instructions on how to do this based on your preferred email client can be found in the 'Email' section of our knowledge base at http://www.register365.com/knowledge/search_articles.php5?query=email&search
