How to set up Email forwarding

Email forwarding rules can be set up if you have a hosting package or a mail package on your domain, or if you don't.

Setting up email forwarding WITH hosting or an email package.

From the control panel dashboard, select the cog to the right of the domain you wish to set up forwarding on and select Manage Email.



To add forwarding to an existing email alias or edit an existing email forwarding rule, select the alias as indicated in the image below:



Next, add the email address you'd like emails sent to this email alias to be forwarded to and click the Save button to complete the setup.



To set up forwarding on a new email alias, select the Add Email Address link



Enter the new email alias (the part of a new email address as you'd want it to appear before the @ symbol) then enter the email address you'd like it to be forwarded to, press the Save button when you're happy to complete the setup.



Setting up email forwarding on a domain WITHOUT a hosting package or email package attached.

From the control panel dashboard, select the cog to the right of the domain you wish to set up forwarding on and select Forwarding.



In the first column of the email forwarding screen, enter the email alias you'd like to create - this is essentially the part before the @ symbol. In the second column, enter the email address you wish for these emails to be forwarded to.

Alternatively you can create a Catch-All email address, which means any emails sent to your domain (essentially anything @ your domain) will be forwarded to an email address of your choice.
