As part of our Office365 products we offer Supported Setup, but what is Supported Setup?
Supported Setup is the process of configuring your service so it is ready for you to add your Office 365 users and start using the package.
What we actually do.
Once your package is provisioned and your Microsoft Office365 account has been created our support team go through the process of adding your domain to your account and setting up the DNS records so you do not have to.
Of course this is optional and some users may prefer to set up their domain and DNS records themselves, for assistance with this please see this Microsoft Support Article
