Regardless of this, the steps detailed in this guide are always kept up to date.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-email-on-iphone-or-ipad-all-models\">Setting up email on iPhone or iPad. (All models)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1284.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, scroll down the screen until you find Accounts &amp; Passwords and select this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Accounts &amp; Passwords menu, select Add Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1286.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From the account types select the option \u2018Other\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1286.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Select Add Mail Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1288.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter your account information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Name<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 this is the name which will appear in your email recipients inbox when you send them an email, so this can be your own name or you might want to enter your company name here.<\/li><li><strong>Email<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Enter the email address you want your emails to be sent from.<\/li><li><strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 This should be the password you have set for your email mailbox.<\/li><li><strong>Description<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 This can be anything you like, it only serves to differentiate between multiple accounts you have setup on the phone\/tablet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1289.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From the top of the screen, ensure that the POP option is selected (if it\u2019s blue, it\u2019s selected).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_1291.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"1218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter your incoming server details;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Host Name<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 this should be set to pop3.hosts.co.uk<\/li><li><strong>Username<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 This will be your mailbox username.<\/li><li><strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 This should already be filled in from when you entered it on the previous screen but you can update it here if you need to.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the outgoing server information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Host Name<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 If you have our Authenticated SMTP enter smtp.hosts.co.uk<\/li><li><strong>Username<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Enter the domain name these emails are to be sent from<\/li><li><strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Enter the Authenticated SMTP password.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Press next in the top right of the screen and the account should then be ready to use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following tutorial is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your mail software to work with Register365 mail solutions.
