Your&nbsp;<strong>Description<\/strong>&nbsp;can be anything that will allow you to identify your account. The&nbsp;<strong>Incoming Mail Server<\/strong>&nbsp;should be set to&nbsp;<strong>pop3.reg365.net<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>User Name<\/strong>&nbsp;will be your mail box name (see Webmail), then enter your&nbsp;<strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;and click&nbsp;<strong>Continue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kbmedia2.names.co.uk\/9f8\/4a08142c38dbe374195d41c04562d9f8\/MacMail_4-Reg.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; SSL is not needed so&nbsp;<strong>Use Secure Sockets Layer<\/strong>&nbsp;should not be selected. Set&nbsp;<strong>Authentication<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;then click&nbsp;<strong>Continue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kbmedia2.names.co.uk\/9f8\/4a08142c38dbe374195d41c04562d9f8\/MacMail_5-Reg.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Enter the&nbsp;<strong>Description<\/strong>&nbsp;for your Outgoing Mail Server, it does not matter what this is set to. The&nbsp;<strong>Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>&nbsp;will depend on who your provider is. If you have purchased&nbsp;<strong>Authenticated SMTP Access<\/strong>, you should set the server to&nbsp;<strong>smtp.reg365.net<\/strong>. If you have not purchased this product, you will need to use your internet providers details.
