This guide will help you to find where to go and how to add your Payment Method<\/strong>. This might be due to your old card expiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you continue with this guide, you must have access to your Online Control Panel<\/strong> as the main account holder. If you need further help with this, then see this guide here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, you need the Billing <\/strong>tab and select Manage Payment Methods<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Two <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From this page, if there are no current Payment Methods <\/strong>then you will want to click Add a card.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need to replace the card on the account, you will see a different screen. Here you will need to click Add New Card<\/strong> instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From here, insert your card details. From the Website we only take Visa <\/strong>and Mastercard<\/strong>. If you need to add an American Express<\/strong>, please call us on 0345 363 3632.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I set this new card to my Services?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will now want to ensure you have this correct card set to your services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head to the Billing<\/strong> tab again and this time select Renewals <\/strong>from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the All-Renewals<\/strong> tab. Then you want to select the drop-down menu on the services with us and add the new card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will save for any automatic payments that are due and will be processed automatically with the new updated card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
