Once you are logged in, please follow this guide to create a signature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Settings<\/strong> in the top right corner of the home screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-132-1024x563.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4473\" style=\"width:465px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Select <strong>Identities<\/strong> and then your email address you&#8217;re adding the signature to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-134-1024x534.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4475\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the <strong>Edit Identities <\/strong>section, you will find<strong> Signature<\/strong> at the bottom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Type your signature within the box that you would like at the end of your emails, as displayed in the picture below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-137-1024x413.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4479\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are wanting pictures to add to your signature, tick the box next to <strong>HTML Signature<\/strong>. This will ensure you can place pictures in your signature if you need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tick the box next to <strong>Set Default<\/strong> and this will set this signature to be included in any emails sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-info-block\"><p class=\"nco-info-block-content\"><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>This will not translate to any email client you may be using (Outlook, Thunderbird, MAC Mail etc) <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> and then you will have created your <strong>Email Signature<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any further questions then please <strong>raise a support request<\/strong>\u00a0from within your Online Control Panel or call us on\u00a0<strong>01 5255768 <\/strong>and our customer support team will be happy to help.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When composing an email, you might have a way you would like to sign the message off before sending to the recipient.
