Then, from the drop-down menu that appears, select <strong>Users and Email Rules<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2-1-1024x359.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7058\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>Users and mailboxes<\/em> section, select the <strong>username of the mailbox<\/strong> that you want to delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/3-1024x417.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7059\" style=\"width:572px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-caution-block\"><p class=\"nco-caution-block-content\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: You cannot delete the <strong>Site Admin <\/strong>mailbox.
