Select the blue key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6793\" style=\"width:713px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the panel that appears on the right hand side of the page, you will be presented with two options which are enabled by default:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatically create a password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Require this user to change their password when they first sign in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6794\" style=\"width:522px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Automatically create a password<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft will automatically generate a password on your behalf. If you deselect this option, you will have the opportunity to create a password of your own choosing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you choose to create your own password, it is recommended that your new password be at least eight characters in length and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Require this user to change their password when they first sign in<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will be prompted to create a new password the first time they log into their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is typically used for security purposes, i.e. an administrator creating a new account and setting a temporary password.
