This functionality ensures that the user is restricted to managing services associated with <strong>one or more specific domains<\/strong>, rather than having access to your account in its entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, all sensitive <strong>account and billing information<\/strong> will remain strictly confidential and hidden from their view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-caution-block\"><p class=\"nco-caution-block-content\"><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>The option for\u00a0Two-Factor Authentication\u00a0(<strong>2FA<\/strong>) is\u00a0<strong>NOT\u00a0available for Site Admin users<\/strong>. This option is only available for the primary Account Holder.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started, you first need to log into your Online Control Panel. Follow our guide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.register365.com\/support\/articles\/how-to-access-your-control-panel\/\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step One <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In your Control Panel, select the\u00a0<strong>Account<\/strong>\u00a0tab and then <strong>User Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7351\" style=\"width:506px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On the right side of the page, select <strong>+ Add User<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7353\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.1759896381445802;width:509px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>Create User<\/em> section, create a <strong>username<\/strong> and <strong>password<\/strong>. Your password needs to be at least eight characters long. To make it secure, please include at least three of the following types of characters: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, or a symbol.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Confirm the password<\/strong> in the third field, then select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/image-19.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7354\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4523056973822839;width:509px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly created user must now be assigned Site Admin privileges, along with the specific domain(s) for which they will hold this role.
