Say Hello to your new Dashboard

We’re implementing some changes to our Control Panel, as this happens you’ll notice that some of the commonly used areas of the Control Panel change in their appearance.

The billing area was one of the first parts of the Control Panel to be updated

We have now updated the Control Panel dashboard, a place where you can view your domains, the services attached to each of them and make any changes you wish to.

The dashboard will display in one of two different ways, to the top right of your domain list you’ll see that you now have a tile or list toggle:

To the right of the two icons is the list view, which when clicked will make your dashboard appear like this:

To the left of the two icons is the tile view, which when selected will make your dashboard appear like this:

How to manage a domain

When viewing your control panel dashboard in list view, to the right of the domain is a cog icon, which, when clicked offers a number of options for you to choose from in order to manage your domain:

Control Panel warnings

When there is a matter which requires attention on your account you’ll see an alert like the one below:

The small red icon flags the particular domain/s which require attention

The nature of the warning is emphasised within the dashboard, in this example a domain name requires validation:

In this example, the CloudSite product is highlighted in red and a ‘Renew’ option is offered beneath the service, as the CloudSite package requires renewal:

Idle domains

Domains with no services attached and which are not using a web or email forwarding rule, are highlighted with the ‘I am idle’ icon:

Putting an idle domain to work is simple, there’s the option to associate the domain name with a website:

There are multiple options that follow depending on your preference:



Or you may just want to use your domain name for email:

There are email solutions to suit all needs:

Or you may just want to use email or web forwarding, in which case select the cog alongside your domain in the dashboard:
