Register365 is part of the wider team.blue UK&IE Group – an ecosystem of digital success providers operating across the UK and Ireland. As a group, sustainability isn’t a side project – it’s becoming an integral part of how we operate, grow and support our customers.
Our newly published 2024/25 Impact Report marks an important milestone in that journey. Built around the team.blue Group’s blue.shift strategy, the report outlines how we’re working to make online business success more sustainable, inclusive and trusted through a combination of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Building more sustainable technology
As a technology business, we recognise that our digital infrastructure has an environmental footprint. That’s why reducing emissions and improving resource efficiency remains a key priority.
One of the standout achievements highlighted in the report is our continued investment in renewable energy. Our primary UK data centre has been powered by 100% renewable electricity since 2021, and we continue to improve the accuracy of our carbon reporting by tracking energy usage across our offices and data centres in greater detail.
We’re also making practical changes across our operations. Today, 100% of company vehicles are either hybrid or electric, supported by EV charging facilities across multiple UK locations. In addition, all end-of-life servers were recycled or reused during 2024, helping to divert electronic waste from landfill.
These initiatives form part of a wider Group commitment to reducing emissions, increasing renewable energy usage and building a more sustainable technology ecosystem.
Creating a more inclusive workplace
Sustainability is about people as much as the environment. Across team.blue UK&IE, we’re focused on creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, empowered and able to thrive.
The report highlights encouraging progress on diversity and inclusion. During 2024/25, 50% of new hires were female, helping us stay on track towards our diversity goals, while women now represent 34% of leadership positions across UK & Ireland operations.
Employee wellbeing has also remained a major focus. Initiatives such as Mental Health First Aiders, wellbeing-focused Lunch & Learn sessions and mandatory Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training help ensure colleagues have access to the support and development opportunities they need.
Strengthening trust & governance
Trust is fundamental to everything we do. As a provider of digital services, we understand the importance of protecting customer data, maintaining robust security standards and operating transparently.
During 2024, we launched a project to centralise information security management across several UK & Ireland brands, creating a more consistent and robust framework for certification, auditing and customer assurance.
We also introduced enhanced cybersecurity training for employees, achieving 100% participation and an 87% completion rate across team.blue UK&IE. Alongside this, ESG reporting continues to be embedded into leadership decision-making, with regular board-level oversight and transparent public reporting on progress.
Looking ahead
While we’re proud of the progress made during 2024/25, we know there is more work to do.
One of our most significant goals is achieving B Corp certification, with our submission targeted for 2026. We see this not as an endpoint, but as a framework for continuous improvement that will help shape how we deliver positive impact for customers, colleagues, communities and the environment.
The 2024/25 Impact Report demonstrates how team.blue UK&IE is translating ambition into action across sustainability, inclusion and digital trust. These highlights provide only a snapshot of the work underway.
