Are you a school or college in Ireland?

If you are a school or college in Ireland then all we need from you to register a .ie domain name, is your school or college roll number. A primary or secondary level school or other recognised educational institution can register any domain name, it doesn’t need to reflect your school name and you can register as many domain names as you want.

Requirements:

Your school or college roll number (for bodies recognised by the Department of Education or Northern Ireland equivalent). View the Department of Education’s online school list

Alternatively, a self-issued letter on the Educational Institution’s letterhead will suffice.
