1. Describe the app and get a working product
One prompt was all it took. The AI generated the entire application — equipment selection, goal options, workout duration slider, plus an AI engine that creates complete training sessions with exercises, sets, reps, rest intervals, technique guidance and calorie estimates. Dark theme, neon green highlights and bold typography included.
2. Add real-time persistence
A workout shouldn't disappear after a refresh. The agent connected everything to a database, linking workouts to individual exercises, supporting anonymous sessions, and saving completion status for every set. Every change updates instantly in real time.
3. Build workout history
A single prompt produced a complete workout history screen — displaying training goal, session length, estimated calories, completion progress and relative timestamps. Open any previous workout to review it, or remove it with a single click.
4. Replace emojis with proper icons
A visual refresh. Every emoji was replaced with carefully selected SVG icons — including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a runner, yoga pose and lightning bolt — all designed to adapt automatically to the app's theme.
5. Polish and fix edge cases
The final prompts focused on refinement. A nested button issue was identified and fixed, keyboard navigation was improved, and 18 automated tests were added and verified across the codebase. No errors remained.

Each workout is created from scratch based on your chosen equipment, fitness goal and available time. Every plan includes exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and a realistic calorie estimate, so no two workouts are the same.
Live progress tracking
Tick off each exercise as you complete it and your progress is saved to the database immediately. Close the app and return later — your workout will still be exactly where you left it.

Workout history with complete recall
Every AI-generated workout is stored for later viewing, with key details including goal, duration, calorie estimate and completion status visible at a glance. Delete old sessions whenever you like.
