How can I access and transfer my data?

This document describes which customer data is processed, made available and can be exported as part of register365.com services, in accordance with the European Union Data Act (EU Regulation 2023/2854).

The information and procedures described on this page relate exclusively to access to and transfer of data under the Data Act. They are without prejudice to the rights granted to data subjects under personal data protection legislation, including the rights of access and, where applicable, data portability under Articles 15 and 20 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). These rights can be exercised in accordance with the procedures set out in the applicable privacy notices.

Access logs for email services are not included among the data that can be exported using the procedures described on this page. Such data is subject to specific legislation governing the retention and acquisition of electronic communications traffic data and may only be made available to judicial authorities as part of criminal proceedings.

Where a specific export function is not available, data may be exported using methods commonly used within the industry, for example by copying information directly from the user interface or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

For any additional requests, customers should open a ticket through the Online Control Panel. OBP (Online Brand Protection) customers may contact their account manager directly using the dedicated email address.

Account data

The following information is available through the Control Panel:

  • Customer details / billing information: Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.
  • Invoices: Exportable by clicking the relevant invoice and saving it as a PDF.
  • Payment methods (credit card/PayPal): Credit card numbers are only partially displayed. Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Product list

The following information is available through the Online Control Panel:

  • Active products and products awaiting activation: Available via Services menu - Dashboard. Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.
  • Expiry dates: Available via Billing-Renewals. Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Domains

For each domain, the following information is available through the Online Control Panel – Domain & Services:

  • Domain Registrant Details (Owner): Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.
  • DNS zone: Details of DNS zone can be found within the “DNS Settings” on the same page. Exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 products are managed directly through the Microsoft portal. Available data can be viewed and exported from that portal.

Email

  • List of active email accounts: Viewable and exportable as copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function from the domain's email management panel.
  • Individual mailbox contents: Viewable via webmail and exportable by configuring an email client using IMAP and synchronising the contents locally.
  • Address book: Viewable in webmail and exportable using the dedicated "Export" function.
  • Mailbox filters and rules: Viewable in webmail and exportable using the dedicated "Export" function.

Hosting

  • Website/database content: Viewable through the relevant Online Control Panel functions and via FTP connections for files. Data can be exported using the same functions.
  • System logs: Accessible through the Hosting management panel according to the specific type of hosting service activated.

Servers & VPS – Managed

  • Technical details: Viewable through the Online Control Panel by accessing the details for each server and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.
  • Server system logs: Apache and nginx access logs and error logs are accessible and exportable directly from the server. System journal, Plesk and database logs are not accessible directly; a support request must be opened from your Online Control Panel.
  • Server system settings: These are not managed by the customer and require a support request.

Site Builder services

  • Website content and settings: Viewable through the SiteBuilder management panel and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.
  • Website source code: not exportable because it is proprietary.
  • Website access logs: Accessible through the Hosting management panel according to the specific type of hosting activated.

SiteLock

  • Settings, enabled users and system messages: Viewable through the SiteLock management panel and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Iubenda

  • Service settings: The product is provided by register365.com through Iubenda S.r.l. Data can be viewed through the GDPR & Privacy service management panel and exported by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

WayWidget

WayWidget products, including WayWidget Lite and WayWidget Standard, are made available by register365.com through Iubenda S.r.l., a team.blue group company. The product incorporates technologies and/or services provided by Accessiway S.r.l.

Available data can be viewed through the service management panel.

Ranking Coach

  • Settings, statistics and ranking data: Viewable through the Ranking Coach management panel and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Other

  • Support request history: Viewable in the dedicated section of the Online Control Panel and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

HyperSubmit

  • Settings, statistics and ranking data: Viewable through the HyperSubmit management panel and exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Macaly

  • Service settings: The product is provided by register365.com through LANGTAIL.COM s.r.o. Data can be viewed through the Macaly workspace and exported by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are managed via the Online Control Panel. Configuration details exportable by copy and paste or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

Available data includes:

  • Certificate details
  • Assigned domains
  • Certificate validity period
